REFUNDS & RETURNS
Refunds must be requested in writing to email@example.com.
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any purchase that occurred more that 30 days prior to your request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
To complete your refund request, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:
any item not in its original condition
any item damaged for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the status (approval or rejection) of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary. You will be notified via email of the expected timeframe.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If the expected timeframe has passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank (depending on your method of payment), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. You will be required to return the item to us. Address will be provided via email. Please note that all items are hand made, so slight differences are to be expected in any item that is remade.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on your location.
If you are shipping an item valued over $50, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return, so tracking and/or insurance will be important.
